My uncle Four was getting heavier at his late forties. At early fifties, he got high blood pressure. Since then he began to have some conventional pills to control his blood pressure to a normal state.
Later he became so interested in playing Majiang. Normally, he played to clock 8 or 9 in the evening and then went home. One day, he played Majiang whole night. After sleeping, the next day he got a stroke and half of his body was paralyzed. He did not get recovered and was lying on bed since.
He could manage simple talking. His wife took care of him well. One day, his daughter came back home from her university and saw that her mother just gave her father a little to eat while her father still wanted more. Daughter decided to let her father eat as much as he wanted since it was Chinese New Year even though her mother told her that he could not eat much.
With the good meal, later in the evening that day, my uncle Four lost consciousness, very soon he died.
Before he passed away, Uncle Four’body energy was very low; he could only handle a little food because his body only can manage to digest a tiny amount of food, which his wife knew well with her experience. But his daughter did not know that and she thought that the more food her father ate, the quicker he got recovered.
We eat more food that our body could not digest, and then the food will become burden to our body. The more burdens our body has, the more healthy problems will appear. The worst, over consuming our body energy can kill us directly.
