Care the dearest – our body

We are all so different from each other. To understand special you, me, him and her, we have to get close to you, me, him and her so that we can know each other better. This is the simplest thing, but do we know our own body? Actually we are not sure about that because we just use our body and have not cared our body much even though no one can know our body better than ourselves.

No one or nothing in the world loves us as much as our body does, but we treat her the worst. If we could only be a little nicer to our body, she will repay us so greatly. Shouldn’t we know something about our body, something beyond what we can read through books.

It is not that difficult at all. What we need to do is just to pay attention to our body daily. Then we will know what our body likes and what our body does not like. Through this way, we gain some knowledge about our body, furthermore, the human body herself. This knowledge can help us to be healthy in a right way, in a great way.

There is a very famous writer (Jia Ping Ao) in China who had hepatitis. With help of medicine, he was struggling with his hepatitis for a long time, better and worse, better and worse again and again. Later he got tired of going to hospitals and refused to do more treatments; instead, he began to talk to his body and thanked her for the hard job every day. To his great surprise, his health state has improved. For that he wrote an article. He does not need to go to hospitals anymore and he knows how to take care of his body much better in a way, in a natural way and a great way.

We can do that, we can all do that even though we have heavy sickness.

About bodycure

With this interest and the help of TCM, I have found the great potential of our body, much more intelligent than the collection of big brains in the whole world. Help those who are struggling with their health problems, which is my mission in this life time.
